Before we conduct the Nikkah, we require the following information:

• ID – For the Bride and Bridegroom. If names have changed the original copy of the Deed Poll
• Proof of address for the Bride and Bridegroom
• One witness from the Bride and one witness from the Bridegroom.
• For divorcees – Decree Absolute & Talak Documents in accordance with Islamic Sharia
• For widow/widower – Former spouse’s death certificate
